Is there a waiver they have to sign so your not responsible for injury?
All participants must sign a release form to participate in a horsemanship clinic.
Is there an online form I can fill out before coming to your clinic?
There will be a short form available for general information in order for Tim to help direct his clinics.
Is there an age limit?
Absolutely NOT, all ages are welcome.
If say I had 3 kids and wanted them to go to the clinic would I get a price break?
Generally speaking, NO, but there can be considerations made.
Do I have to bring my horse?
Yes, we are limited in available horses for riders and the best experience is for both the horse and rider to be
learning at the same time.
What about equipment?
We sometimes have a small amount of equipment available, but it is best to bring your own and Tim can evaluate it.
What if I don't have a horse, but wanted to learn to ride?
Private lessons are available at our facility, where there would be a limited number of horses available for
riding.
What if I wanted to have private lessons?
Yes, riding lessons can be given at our facility, call for more information and for pricing.
I bought a horse from you and it isn't working out, what are your policies on that?
We are always glad to do "warranty work" with in reason on horses we have sold.
Can you help me with my horse that has a bad temper and unwanted behavior?
Problem horses are welcome at McNamee Colt Co.
Is your clinic just a day or longer?
We usually do a three day clinic, but can arrange a "mini" for more private settings.
What kind of payment do you accept for horses and clinics, do you take partial payments?
We require a 25% down payment to insure you a spot in the clinic as they do tend to fill up fast. Remainder
is due on first day of clinic.
Do you buy horses?
No, with some exceptions.
I'm deaf, can maybe you help me with hand commands instead of voice commands?
We do not use voice commands, they are only with the body.
I'm a very experienced rider, will you group me others, like kids or folks with no experience?
We try to group together, and a horsemanship 2 class can be put together.
I did a clinic with ya'll sometime back, but need more help, can you do telephone coaching?
Yes, but it would be best to just come to the ranch and observe and as Tim any questions that come up.
